Your players will delve into a vast dungeon hidden beneath the hut, where they will need to solve puzzles, choose their battles wisely and master the strange rules of navigating within.

Split into three dimensional levels, Baba Yaga's hut serves a unique purpose to her greater plan to achieve immortality, and without knowing it, the players are part of her master ritual. Each level holds new dangers, treasures, and mysteries, drawing players further into a labyrinth that feels alive, ever-changing, full of secrets, and impossible to conquer in a single journey.

The new monsters in this quest aren’t just tougher foes. They’re designed to surprise even veteran players. Each has unique abilities, clever tactics, and deadly twists that make every encounter unpredictable, forcing parties to rethink their usual strategies and making the adventure feel fresh, dangerous, and unforgettable.
Fantasy Famous NPCs
The quest also brings players face-to-face with legendary figures drawn from folklore-iconic NPCs reimagined with depth, personality, and secrets. Meeting them feels like stepping into a living myth, where every choice can shape alliances, spark rivalries, or reveal hidden truths that can change the course of the adventure.

Along the way, you'll meet, roleplay with, and perhaps even fight famous fantasy figoures such as Alice, Ivan, Kong, Pan, and Wilie, as Baba Yaga drifts from world to world, capturing timeless myths.
The Origin Characters
Most members of our team first played the classic AD&D module "The Dancing Hut of Baba Yaga" in our early years of gaming. That specific party had to flee the hut in order to survive. (Blame the DM not us 🙄)

Now older, wiser, and fully aware of what they’re facing, they gather once more after all these years. Driven by revenge, they’re ready to re-enter the Hut and confront Baba Yaga, to finally put an end to her evil plans!

​The Path to the Hut
"The Path to the Hut" is our zine collection of four smaller quests, created as a prelude to the main adventure "The Hut of Baba Yaga".
Besides providing extra fun, these quests will also help you to:
